Caroline McFarlane's primary interest is portraiture, but she also paints a variety of other subjects, working in pencil, pastels, watercolour and oils and 'dabbles' with printmaking. Caroline grew up in North Wales, but now lives and works in Derbyshire. The artist's work has been exhibited in many places, including Derbyshire, North Wales, South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and London, and Caroline has won a number of awards for portraiture.
