Peter Aitchison is a Travel Photographer with over 40 years of experience. He spent 4 years in a busy studio in London before deciding to move into the world of PR and Press Photography, which eventually led him to work for many National papers, including a spell as a Royal Rota Photographer. Travel was often part of Newspaper work—this sowed the seed for his future passion. His current body of work is a collection of images captured from countries he loves visiting. Each piece is a mix of travel and street fine art photography, focusing on real life color and texture without any landscapes. Peter prints his own work, producing genuine Gicleé fine art prints using only the finest papers and museum mounts. The images are not manipulated; the secret lies in capturing great light at the right time, often requiring him to return to the same spot repeatedly.
