Susannah Brookes Sustainable Jewellery Design creates signature pieces directly inspired by Nottingham’s textile history, using lace to impart a unique, organic texture into 100% recycled sterling silver. Susannah is committed to sustainable practices—from sourcing materials to using eco-friendly packaging. Her design aesthetic is fundamentally organic and intuitive. Forms often emerge from the very properties of the material; she allows the silver to guide her, finding inspiration in how it moves and shifts as it's heated and formed. More recent work is inspired by delicate seedheads and wild flowers collected in the Derbyshire Dales, her new home.
